DMK Action in April: Supporting the Irish Cancer Society

Each year, DMK Action in April brings the global DMK community together to support meaningful causes in local communities. In Ireland, the DMK Ireland team and our network of professional skincare clinics are proud to support the Irish Cancer Society, helping to raise vital funds for cancer research and patient support services.

Cancer affects families and communities across Ireland. As a professional skin revision brand focused on long-term skin health, confidence and wellbeing, DMK believes in creating a positive impact beyond the treatment room. Through DMK Action in April, we invite our partner clinics, therapists and clients across Ireland to join us in supporting this important national cause.

Relay for Life Event

To launch this year’s initiative, the Chleo Ireland team, alongside family, friends and industry partners, will take part in Relay for Life UCD. The event will take place at the UCD Athletics Track, Belfield Campus, from 31 March to 1 April 2026.

Relay for Life is a powerful 24-hour community fundraising event organised by the Irish Cancer Society. The event celebrates cancer survivors, remembers loved ones lost to cancer, and raises essential funds for research and patient support services.

During the event, teams take turns walking the track throughout the day and night. This symbolises that cancer never sleeps and neither does the fight against it.

How You Can Get Involved

If you cannot attend Relay for Life UCD, there are still many ways to support DMK Action in April.

You can:

• Donate directly via our fundraising page
• Organise a local initiative, such as a walk, hike or small community relay with your team or clients
• Share the initiative on social media to help raise awareness

Every contribution helps support the Irish Cancer Society’s vital services, including patient support programmes and life-saving cancer research.

Supporting the Initiative with DMK Beta Gel
